Payment

The participation fee is the same for residents and non-residents of Belarus. The amount covers expenses for accommodation and catering (breakfast, dinner, supper) during the conference, transport costs between Minsk and the venue, the conference flyers and the T-shirts.

Entry is free for the speakers, representatives of the sponsors and the press.

For private participants

Payment should be done upon arrival to the conference.

The participation fee is 160 Belarusian rubles ($80) for 3 days or 100 Belarusian rubles ($50) for 2 days.

For corporate participants

Organisations sending one or more employees to participate in the conference, can pay by bank transfer based on a contract, no later than February, 3.

1) 200 Belarusian rubles ($100) for 3 days or 125 Belarusian rubles ($63) for 2 days:
