All questions, proposals and remarks, as far as abstracts, should be e-mailed to info@lvee.org.
There are also two official mailing lists of LVEE: maillist@lvee.org for announcements (read only access) and talks@lvee.org channel where organizers publicly discuss all questions about the Conference and its preparing. Writing to the list requires registration, which can be done in any of following three ways:
- by marking corresponding field while filling registration form on the site,
- by adding your e-mail to subscribers list at the https://lists.lvee.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/maillist web page (for maillist@lvee.org) or https://lists.lvee.org/mailman/listinfo/talks (for talks@lvee.org),
- by sending an e-mail with the subscribe subject to maillist-request@lvee.org or talks-request@lvee.org address.
