Changes to mailing list

Due to participants’ requests some changes were made in the LVEE mailing lists usage.
Now maillist@lvee.org mailing list works in read-only mode and is intended for publishing news, announcements and other important information about the Conference.
A new mailing list, talks@lvee.org is introduced to discuss organizational and other subjects, related to LVEE.
Subscribing to talks@lvee.org mailing list can be done in any of following three ways:
- by marking corresponding field while editing personal profile on the website,
- by adding your e-mail to subscribers list at the http://lvee.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/talks page,
- by sending an e-mail with the subscribe subject to the talks-request@lvee.org address.
